Shipping Policy

Timeline

All orders placed are subject to a 1-3 business day processing window prior to shipment. Once shipped, expect a 5-8 business day delivery time. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Changes to Orders

Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify any information such as delivery address, shipping method, or items within the order. Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing checkout. We do not replace or refund orders that couldn't be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Order Cancellation

We are unable to cancel an order once an order is placed. However, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to start the return process (within 30 days of receiving your order). Once you return your order, we can process a refund! Please see below for returns process.

Lost Packages

Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or missing please check the following:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email.
  2. Check if your family, neighbor, or friends may have accepted the delivery for you.

If you are still unable to find the package, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier. We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office and open a claim. The tracking number can be found within your shipping confirmation email.

Returns

In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be sent to our warehouse in their original condition and packaging.
